While all of our products have very detailed support documentation available when you purchase, these are "Read The Manual" and "Do It Yourself" kits with only limited support available from White Oak Audio Design.  You should possess all the proper tools, ability to read and understand detailed, complicated assembly and installation instructions, technical experience and skill to assemble these and install them yourself.  If you do not have these skills or the proper equipment, contact us so we can direct you to one of our expert upgrade techs that have done many of these amplifier upgrades.

Safety precautions must be observed any time you are working on electronic equipment as lethal voltages are present inside the chassis of these amplifiers.  Ensure that you disconnect all AC power and unplug the amplifier prior to performing any service activites.  The bulk capacitors store energy for long periods of time so allow enough time to discharge these capacitors (>15 minutes) before attempting any service activities as these pose not only a safety hazard but can damage electronics within your amp if you attempt repairs while these bulk capacitors are still charged.
